The boundary is enforced in code and in SQL. A forged request cannot promote a finding to attorney-reviewed, and every transition lands in an append-only audit log.

Before Assay we built APOLO: a retrofit that made surgical lamps follow the surgeon's hands. We validated it with more than thirty clinicians and biomedical engineers, and filed the patents ourselves. The hardest part was never the engineering. It was answering, with confidence, who already owned the space.
